We’ve implemented this policy to ensure fairness for all of our customers and maintain the integrity of our business. Our products are carefully selected and sold based on specific quality standards. For hygienic, safety, and business reasons, we are unable to accept returns on most items.

    All orders placed with Big A’s Custom Craft's are considered final sale. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items

    • We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to proceed with your claim.

Once your order has been placed and processed, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations. Please make sure all information (size, color, quantity, shipping address, etc.) is correct before completing your order.
